Hi! I'm Caleigh - a child development specialist and behavior interventionist with 10+ years of experience supporting children from infancy through adolescence. I hold an Ed. M. from Harvard and a graduate certificate in behavior support, and I currently work in Carlsbad Unified helping students build emotional regulation, social skills, and positive daily routines. I'm warm, patient, and reliable, with extensive experience supporting neurodivergent children, navigating challenging behaviors with calm, consistent strategies, and creating structured, engaging activities that help kids feel confident and understood. I'm available for childcare, behavior and emotional support, homework help, routines, date nights, weekends, and occasional travel or overnights.
