Making a difference in someone's life is my greatest motivation. I'm a compassionate and friendly caregiver with three years of experience supporting adults and seniors. I am passionate about promoting well-being and independence. I provide respite care, transportation, and personal care. I also handle errands, shopping, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, based on their preferences. Earning your trust is my priority. I have a high school degree, current CPR and First Aid certifications, and my own car. I look forward to bringing my dedication to your family. I am a certified personal trainer and a cancer survivor. I have personal experience with needing help. I would love to help. I do need flexibility because I travel with my husband on work trips.
