About Caleb

Hi, I'm Caleb. I grew up in WV Several of my family members have/had disabilities, which gave me the opportunity to not only care for them and help them navigate the world, but also see the world from their unique point of view. Their presence in my life helped foster a unique set of skills that combine empathy, patience, gratitude, humor, and optimism in even the most trying of times. I have provided unpaid care for folks with mobility issues, neurological disabilities, Alzheimer's, dementia, and various placements on the autism spectrum. I lived in New York City for 6 years personal training professionals and providing caregiving services to autistic children. My background in music, art, and performance, along with over a decade of experience in the fitness industry translates to tons of energy and ideas to keep your loved ones content, mobile (within their capacity) cared for, and excited about life.
