Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching philosophy. With four years of experience, I specialize in Math, English, Science, and Special Education, holding certifications/experience in Individualized Education Programs (IEP) and Student accommodation plans (504). I believe every child learns differently, so I actively listen to observe your student's unique style before tailoring my approach with visual aids, hands-on activities, and engaging discussions. By connecting complex concepts to personal interests and celebrating every small success, I foster a genuine love for learning. I prioritize clear, consistent communication with parents to ensure we remain a collaborative team.
