About Caitlynn

I have worked with children professionally in a variety of settings. I have taught as a dance instructor for children ages 2-14 and loved guiding children in exploring movement, creativity, and self expression. I completed a research thesis and pilot program on making dance classes more accessible to neurodivergent children. Most recently, I worked as a Child Care Specialist at a center for kiddos with disabilities and medical needs. There I practiced strategies for supporting independence with daily routines, providing enriching experiences, building relationships, and managing challenging behavior. I was trained and delegated to accurately administer oral, topical, emergency, and g-tube medications and feedings following each child's individual care plan. I am certified in Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED. I look forward to talking with you more about how I can support your family's needs and provide excellent care for your kiddos!
