Hello! My name is Caitlyn, and I'm a dedicated childcare professional with over a decade of babysitting experience and a strong background in early childhood education. I am currently an Infant Lead Teacher with three years of experience leading preschool classrooms and two years as a group leader for children in grades K-8th. I'm passionate about creating nurturing and engaging environments where children feel safe to learn, grow, and explore. Currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, I aspire to one day open my own preschool center.
