About Caitlyn

Hi! My name is Caitlyn. I've been a teacher for the past three years and currently work as a reading and math interventionist for grades K-8, where I support students who need extra help building their skills and confidence! I focus on making learning fun, engaging, and something kids can feel proud of. For reading, I use the science of reading to build strong foundational skills and help students become confident, successful readers. In math, I focus on developing a deep understanding of key concepts so students truly understand what they're learning, not just memorize it. My goal is to create a positive, supportive environment where students feel comfortable, encouraged, and excited to learn!
