About caitlyn

I am a psychotherapy intern passionate about supporting the wellbeing of both children and adults. I have hands-on experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), as well as adults with eating disorders and various mental health needs. My approach is person-centered, empathetic, and focused on fostering growth, resilience, and emotional regulation. I aim to create a safe, supportive environment where children can explore, learn, and thrive. Through structured activities, therapeutic interventions, and individualized support, I help children build skills, confidence, and self-awareness, while promoting overall emotional and social development.
