I had high hopes for Caitlyn. Prior to our planned meeting time for an interview she was very quick to respond to messages and seemed very excited about the potential part time nanny position for my two young toddlers. However 2 hours before our planned interview she texted me to reschedule for the next day (which I agreed to). The next day she didn't show up for the interview. No text or call to explain and when I reached out to her she ignored me.
