About Caitlyn

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read my profile! My name is Caitlyn and I'm a student at CSU studying Food Science & Nutrition. I am passionate about learning as well as teaching. I love creativity, exercise, and spending time outdoors. I treasure every opportunity to work with an individual child on growing their identities and reach their full potential. I began volunteering with children at age 14. I got my first job at a daycare at age 18, and worked in that center for three years. I mostly worked with young children between the ages of one and five. But I also have some experience working with elementary school-age children and infants. The past four years I have been working on and off as a babysitter/part-time nanny in private households and I have been loving every minute of it. I enjoy the chance to get to know each individual family and child. I try to be a good fit to every family I work with by using open communication and flexibility.
