About Caitlyn

My name is Caitlyn, and I am a certified elementary educator with a strong passion for helping children grow academically, socially, and emotionally. I hold a degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Social Emotional Learning. I have experience as a paraprofessional, educational assistant, substitute teacher, and I currently provide nanny/homeschooling support. My goal is to create a structured, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel confident, supported, and excited to learn. I tailor instruction to each child's individual learning style, provide hands-on and engaging activities, and maintain open, consistent communication with parents regarding progress and development. Whether we're working on math, reading, exploring outdoors, or getting creative with hands-on projects, my goal is always to make learning meaningful and engaging. I am committed to providing equal, accessible, and meaningful educational experiences that help every child thrive.
