About Caitlyn

Hi! I am 26 years old and I was a full time nanny for a company called Kindred Of KY for 3 years ('20, '21, '22) but through doing that I found a new passion which is working with special needs children so I became a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and have now done that full time for the last 3 years doing 1 on 1 behavior therapy with children 2-10 years old who have autism and struggle with high intensity maladaptive behaviors. I have recently worked my way up to being a trainer and peer mentor in the clinic. I also have previous experience working with adults who have severe intellectual and developmental disabilities at a company called Lord's Legacy Life Ministies. I am looking for some part time work for extra money and would love to be the trusting hand to help your family! I'd describe my personality as outgoing, silly, and energetic. I like working with kids because I get to be a kid again by seeing the world through their lenses.
