Hello there! Let me introduce myself... My name is Caitlyn and I have around 4 years in special needs work. I currently work at a school that only has moderate to severe cases of autism. My day to day tasks there would be to assist in IEP goals and develop a fun schedule for each child, also assisting in behavioral outbursts. I also currently work as a private caregiver for two twins aged 23 who have severe autism. My tasks there include cooking, cleaning, bathing, administering medications, and going on outings such as hiking, shopping, and movies to help keep the kids happy and engaged in daily activities.
