About Caitlyn

Hi! My name is Caitlyn, 18 years old with lots of experience in childcare. I have a genuine love for caring for children of all ages and being a positive impact on their growth and development. This June, I will be finishing high school and would love to find a nannying position to start before then. While I don't have college credits yet, I've completed courses in Child Growth and Development and Early Childhood Education, and I'm up to date with my CPR and First Aid certifications. I have 5 years of experience working in childcare, including child-led and Montessori-inspired environments, along with babysitting and nannying. I have many references available! I believe in open communication with parents and prioritize regular updates about their child's day.
