This father told me the day before I started that that I would have to watch his disabled daughter while she dragged herself down stairs by herself (paralyzed from the waist-down. He had no form of accessibility for that sweet girl and I refused the position due to the liability that would fall on me if she got hurt under my care. He harassed me after the formal conversation we had. I reported the incident to the company he had me get trained through. He has since been reported and removed from the Care platform.
