About Caitlin

Supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors is my passion. My experiences in adult and senior care roles have been incredibly positive. As an EMT with 10 years of experience, including 7 years in-home and 2 years in a dementia unit, I'm equipped to provide compassionate, patient, and professional care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with empathy. I communicate with families through written reports and regular updates, always following their preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I have a college degree, CPR Training, and First Aid Training. While I enjoy my full-time work, I would be honored to bring my skills and heart to caring for your family.
