She does a wonderful job caring for the toddler she currently is entrusted with; creating a bond by playing with her, but also instilling the basics regarding behavior, in a very patient and kind manner. She also communicates with the parents regarding any issues that arise, and discusses with them a plan of action, so to speak. She is very responsible, capable, and reliable.
