Hello - I'm Cait! I'm a dependable, loving mom of three and former full-time nanny with 8+ years of childcare experience. I've worked with kids in many settings including coaching elementary cross-country, volunteering in classrooms, serving in children's church programs, and working with families through humanitarian trips to Peru and Ghana. I'm calm, patient, and hands-on. I love creating a safe, structured, and fun environment where kids feel comfortable to learn, play, and grow-through outdoor play, crafts, reading, and imaginative play. I'm currently looking for a part-time nanny position, ideally in my home with my 2-year-old, but I'm open to the right fit in your home. I'm especially great with routines, sibling groups, and active kids, and I bring both professional experience and real-life mom experience.
