For over 20 years, I've been dedicated to nurturing children's growth and development . My passion for caregiving stems from my own amazing family life and years of experience as a professional nanny and preschool teacher. Now, as a professor of educational psychology who is looking for part-time work - (and missing my nanny days!) I bring a wealth of knowledge to childcare on top of my direct experience. I believe strongly in providing a safe and fun environment, letting the child lead as much as possible within boundaries. I am happy to assist with cooking, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision. As a solo mom of two kids under five, finding someone I can truly trust is incredibly important. Caitlin has been absolutely wonderful with my children and we were so sad when she moved away. Caitlin knows how to engage kids on their level, encourages learning through play, and makes every visit fun and meaningful. She followed our schedule consistently, is kind, patient, and genuinely loves spending time with children- from Pokémon to building couch forts. My kids absolutely adore her and were always excited when she came over. I have complete peace of mind knowing they're happy, safe, and well cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a dependable, caring, and engaging babysitter.
