Caitlin is great overall! She is very knowledgeable, punctual, and skilled at toddler care. As soon as we finished interviewing her, we knew that she was a much better caregiver than all the other candidates. Since then, she has been an excellent caregiver for our daughter. We look forward to her continuing to take care of our daughter a few hours a month for a long time!
