About Caitlin

There are truly not enough words to adequately describe how incredibly impressive Caitlin is. Caitlin was full time with us from 2020-2022 (my older son was 2 when she started and my younger son was 5 months). She is the most dependable, trustworthy, invested nanny you will ever find. I trust her with my children completely, which is something hard to come by. She is observant, creative, attentive and a complete self starter. She was always coming up with new ways to get my boys engaged in a variety of activities and they absolutely adore her. She has an amazing ability to anticipate needs, deescalate tantrums and show an incredible amount of empathy. These traits created a very safe environment for my children and by extension, myself. Caitlin will forever feel like a member of our family. Any other family who has the opportunity to have her will not regret it. She is simply the best.
