About Caitlin

Hi! I'm Caitlin! I have several years of experience working closely with children of different ages and support needs. I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and recently earned my Master's in Special Education with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University. I genuinely love working with kids and creating an environment where they can have fun, feel comfortable, and be themselves. My experience has made me especially comfortable with routines, communication differences, big emotions, and children who may need a little extra patience or support. I'm dependable, patient, playful, and not afraid to get on the floor and actually engage rather than just supervise from across the room. I'm looking for occasional or recurring babysitting opportunities outside of my regular work schedule. I'd love to connect with a family looking for someone trustworthy, experienced, and genuinely passionate about working with kids!
