We could not have been more thrilled with Caitlin. She bailed us out with a sick kid on ridiculously short notice, drove a long way, was super patient with access requirements since we live on a military installation, and bent over backwards to help remedy an accidental payment issue with care.com. My one year old loved her, and she left detailed notes about his day. I would hire Caitlin again any time, and highly recommend her to anybody looking for a friendly, helpful, flexible and easy to work with caregiver.
