I have been hiring Caitlin on an regular basis for backup care, overnight care, and care over school breaks for the past five years, since my oldest was a baby. She is an energetic, sensible, and reliable caregiver who is wonderful at recognizing and supporting children as the unique individuals they are. Caitlin has more than 15 years of experience in childcare, including current employment at a special needs school, and I have absorbed many tips and tricks from her over time. When my kids are with her, I know that they are safe, cared for, and engaged in activities that they love to describe to me afterwards.
