About Caitlin

Hello! My name is Caitlin and I have been working in childcare for 7 1/2 years now. In addition to my experience in babysitting/nannying I have two years of experience coaching gymnastics. I believe that with my passion and prior experience, I am a strong and reliable source of care. I have a reliable mean of transportation and I'm open to all sorts of schedules. I appreciate your time and would love to connect further to help out with you and your kiddo(s). I'd describe my personality as compassionate, driven, and honest I'm looking for a job that is engaging and in a well-rounded environment. One of my favorite pieces of working in childcare is watching the children I babysit/nanny grow into themselves and the type of people they want to become. My skills include de-escalation of high emotional situations, creating fun and engaging activities, and catering to each child's individual needs to make the experience the best possible.
