About Caitlin

I am a certified school counselor with a strong background in child care and education. From 2021 to 2024, I worked as a paraprofessional in K-12 settings, supporting students of all ages and needs. My experience includes assisting with academics, behavior management, and social-emotional development. I'm passionate about creating safe, nurturing environments where children feel supported and understood. With my counseling background, I bring patience, empathy, and strong communication skills to every child care role. Whether helping with routines, play, or schoolwork, I'm committed to promoting each child's growth, well-being, and confidence through attentive and compassionate care.
