About Caitlin

As a childcare provider with 15 years of experience, I'm passionate about caring for children and supporting families. I've had the privilege of babysitting in the past, which inspired me to pursue a career in childcare. My patient and friendly nature helps me connect with children and build lasting relationships. I believe in clear and open communication with parents, providing them with daily written reports and verbal updates at pickup. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable doing so in a gentle and consistent manner. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including board games, puzzles, educational games, and technology-based games and apps. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, and have experience with age groups ranging from 1 to 11 years old. Beyond my childcare experience, I hold a college degree and am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and only speak English.
