Caitlin is an amazing person. We were very nervous when we both returned to work after our daughter was born, but she put our minds at ease. She cared for our daughter as if she was her own family, and us as well. Not only that, but went above and beyond to help out, even helping with our two large dogs. Even though we made the decision for me to stay home, she still helps on date nights!
