About Caitlin

Hi! I'm Caitlin - a former Montessori preschool teacher, career nanny, and the founder of Nurture & Knowledge, a nanny placement service focused on children ages 0-6. My background includes studies in early childhood education, psychology, and speech and language, along with hands-on experience caring for infants, toddlers, and young children in both classroom and in-home settings. While I am no longer seeking nanny positions myself, I work closely with families to help them find development-focused nannies who align with their needs, values, and long-term goals. I provide personalized support throughout the hiring process, from understanding a family's childcare needs to connecting them with qualified caregivers. Based in Napa Valley and serving families throughout California.
