Caitlin was an amazing nanny in every regard, I watched my son thrive in her care and I can't recommend her highly enough. She was nurturing and patient, read to him every day, and encouraged him to reach different milestones like crawling and walking. She was always on time with a positive attitude and truly became part of the family. She would still be my nanny if we didn't relocate to another city. Another family will be lucky to have her!
