About Caitlin

Hi! I'm a mom of nearly 18 years, and caring for kids has always been at the heart of my life. I've raised my own children and also provided babysitting for other families, so I'm comfortable with all ages and stages. For the past four years, I've been a foster parent, caring for children with a wide range of needs. This includes medically complex care (I'm comfortable with g-tubes) and supporting kids with higher behavioral needs. I'm patient, flexible, and able to stay calm in challenging moments. I also have recent professional experience outside the home, which strengthened my communication, organization, and reliability-skills I bring into every family I work with.
