About Caitlin

Hi, my name is Caitlin! I'm a nanny with over 4 years of experience, including 3 years with one amazing family. I've cared for kids ranging from 3 months to 8 years old, and I especially love babies and toddlers. Watching them grow and hit new milestones is one of my favorite parts of the job, and toddlers just say the funniest things sometimes. I'm very hands-on, active, and engaging, and I try to make every day fun while still keeping structure. I believe schedules are important, especially for younger kids, and I always aim to fit into your routine rather than change it. Clear communication with parents is a big priority for me. Whether it's end-of-day rundowns, mid-day updates, or just being open about anything that comes up, I want parents to feel informed and comfortable. I know how much trust it takes to leave your kids with someone, and I take that seriously. My goal is always for parents to feel confident knowing their kids are safe, happy, and well cared for.
