I have over a decade of experience taking care of kids of all ages. I have excellent, local references from families that I worked for for years. I have a bachelors degree in human development with an emphasis in childhood development. I am CPR and first aid certified and I am up to date with all vaccinations. I am looking for a job 5-15 hours a week where I can bring my 17-month-old son (L) with me. I could use the money and I am eager to get L out of the house and socializing with another kiddo. It's a win-win. I am also looking for babysitting jobs that are nights or weekends and for these - I would leave L at home with his Dad. I am extremely dependable and I treat every kid I watch like I would my own kid. I favor redirection and positive reinforcement any day. I am easy to work with and super safety oriented with the kids. I am in the know with all things related to babies and young children because I am constantly researching it for my own child.

Caitlin was our full time nanny for over 5 years, and truly a member of our family. Our girls (who were infants when Caitlin joined us), love her to pieces, and still ask when they get to see her next! She was very reliable, loving, creative, and always taking the girls out and about on adventures or making crafts on a rainy day. She also is great with pets, and didn’t even mind our crazy dogs!! I would highly recommend Caitlin as a nanny, and even though our girls are older and in school now, we still use Caitlin’s help after school to help with picks ups and taking the girls to their activities…and homework too!! She is great with all ages, and especially infant through 6 years (our girls were 2 years apart and she even managed an infant and a toddler!). She is the best!
