We interviewed Caitlin as a preschool teacher for two toddlers. She is so warm, effusive, and so so in-tune with the emotional experience and needs of children. She was on time to each of our three interviews, and interacted so sweetly with our children. Her references spoke incredibly highly of her. While we went with another candidate, it was a difficult decision, and we will stay in touch with Caitlin as a babysitter because she was so excellent that we don't want to lose her. Interview her!
