About Caitlin

I'm passionate about supporting families and providing reliable, personalized childcare that fits their needs. With several years of hands-on babysitting experience and a background growing up in a large family, I'm comfortable caring for children of all ages and personalities. My friendly, energetic nature-shaped in part by playing college softball-helps me connect easily with kids, whether we're playing outside, doing puzzles, or engaging in tech-based games. I follow household routines and rules carefully and value open, consistent communication with parents. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, currently completing my master's degree in disaster preparedness and emergency management, and recently completed a 10-month volunteer service term where I further strengthened my responsibility, adaptability, and leadership skills. I'm comfortable caring for up to two children at a time and would love to be a dependable, nurturing part of your family's support system.
