Hi there! My name is Caitlin. I love kids and I've been babysitting since I was 12. I have experience with children of all ages, including children with developmental, medical, and other special needs. I have 2 years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), working with children in the autism community who struggle with maladaptive behaviors and/ or skill deficits. I love being hands on with the kids I watch and playing games, going outside, and doing activities. In addition, I have experience as a nursing student, before I decided to pursue a degree in Psychology instead. My experience in both these fields has given me the opportunity to care for many individuals, and in many ways. I graduated from Regent University in May 2025 with a B. S. in Psychology, as well as a concentration in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. At this time, I am looking for occasional work to supplement my other positions. Amazing with our toddler! She had good communication with us and she got my son to warm up to her very quickly. He's a shy toddler who is currently nonverbal- and she was absolutely great with him. She enjoyed taking him to the park and the library and was always in the moment with him.
