About Caitlin

I love kids and I've been babysitting since I was 12. I have experience with all ages, and even with children with developmental delays, autism, and ADHD. I love being hands on with the kids I watch and playing games, going outside, and doing activities. I was previously a nursing student but decided to pursue a degree in psychology instead, and my experience in both these fields has given me the opportunity to care for many individuals, and in multiple ways. I recently graduated from Regent University with a B. S. in Psychology and a concentration of clinical and counseling psychology. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and support children with autism who struggle with maladaptive behaviors. I am looking for occasional work to supplement my other positions. Caitlin was great! Very communicative from the start. My baby has barely had any babysitters or had anyone put him to bed apart from myself so I knew he might have a hard time going down. She got him settled and did a great job of making me comfortable.
