About Caitlin

Hi there! My name is Caitlin. I love kids and I've been babysitting since I was 12. I have experience with children of all ages, including children with developmental, medical, and other special needs. I have 2 years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), working with children in the autism community who struggle with maladaptive behaviors and/ or skill deficits. I love being hands on with the kids I watch and playing games, going outside, and doing activities. In addition, I have experience as a nursing student, before I decided to pursue a degree in Psychology instead. My experience in both these fields has given me the opportunity to care for many individuals, and in many ways. I graduated from Regent University in May 2025 with a B. S. in Psychology, as well as a concentration in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. At this time, I am looking for occasional work to supplement my other positions.
