Caitlin worked for us for almost a year, as a nanny, watching my daughter (between 1-2 years old) and we adore her! She was incredibly sweet and patient with my little one. She was very engaged with her - talking about animals, colors, and the alphabet, etc. Also, very on top of the nap and feeding schedule. We feel very fortunate to have had Caitlin as our nanny! We decided we wanted our daughter in a program with other kids, out of the house. That is the only reason we don't have Caitlin with us regularly anymore.
