About Caitlin

I am a 2024 graduate of Princeton University, where I majored in Neuroscience and played on the Varsity Softball team. I specialize in tutoring the sciences-chemistry, biology, and physics -but I can also tutor math and ELA with confidence from the elementary school to college levels. My biggest strength as a tutor is helping students build strong analytical and critical thinking skills. I don't just focus on getting the right answer-I guide students to understand the "why" behind the material so that they can apply their knowledge to new, more challenging problems beyond the tutoring session. I place a strong emphasis on organization and study skills, creating individualized learning plans and study guides that match each student's needs, paces, and learning style. I also have extensive personal experience in the college athletics recruiting process, and would warmly welcome the opportunity to mentor students as they navigate their own recruiting process.
