Cait has been with our family full time for the past two years and we could not have asked for a better caregiver for our two kids. She facilitates play through exploration and discovery on many weekly adventures, is capable of handling emergency situations, and overall is such a thoughtful and kind human. I have taken many of her parenting tactics to use for myself :) We fully trust her with our kids and she has been an integral piece of their development.
