Caitlan is an incredible caregiver. Our family first connected with her as a teacher at our children's daycare, and shortly after meeting her there asked if she would be interested in babysitting. My husband and I were drawn to her relaxed yet warm personality, and my kids (4-yo and 2-yo) were pretty much drawn to her like moths to a flame! When we first started at the daycare, Caitlan instrumental in helping my daughter transition and make her feel comfortable in her new school -- it was like she was her "safe person." Besides being great with the kids and having an innate ability to really connect with them, she's also a fun hang for us parents. Quick-witted and obviously really smart, she's a joy to be around. 10/10 would recommend Caitlan.
