I hired Cailyn to watch my 3 daughters recently, in particular my toddler so I could do some office work from home. Cailyn was responsive and punctual, but she sat at the dining room table after introductions and didn't make an effort to interact with any of the kids. I found my toddler had climbed up to the top bunk of the bunk beds unattended and Cailyn didn't have any reaction or acknowledgement when I told her, so that didn't make me feel great about leaving the kids in her care. Cailyn didn't end up being a good fit for my family.
