About Cailin

Fostering a child's growth and development is my true passion, and I find deep fulfillment in making a positive impact on young lives. For over 3 years, Ive worked in child development within special education where I have supported and provided care for children with high support needs . I am an incredibly attentive caregiver that places compassion and wellness first. I have served as a lead teacher for my churches' Sunday school, worked in education and have experience babysitting . I have completed coursework in Early Child Development and am a California State Registered Behavioral Therpaist. Whether we are playing outdoor sports, solving puzzles, working on crafts, completing homework, learning independence skills or playing games I love finding new ways to make learning fun. I am happy to assist with meal preparation, carpooling, housekeeping and any other area where support is needed. I am a consistent & affable communicator.
