About Cailin

A little about me : I bring 6 years of hands-on daycare experience, I have experience in overseeing daily operations and providing attentive care in high-ratio classroom environments. Infants are my greatest experience I had in all my years in a daycare setting. Working with ages 3 months to 2 years old. My daily routines include coordinating creative, age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage early learning milestones, motor skill development, and independence. I value open communication and actively engage with families to ensure each child receives individualized, quality care. Outside of work, I enjoy photography and spending time outdoors soaking up sunshine, which inspires creativity, mindfulness, and a love for nature that I bring into my caregiving approach. I am CPR certified and First Aid certified as well.
