Hi, I'm Cailey! I have nannied for various families for 6-7 years in the NWA area. I was formerly an Assistant Teacher at a private preschool. My experience with children in my teenage years included 4 years of babysitting for a community group, volunteering at an orphanage where I cared for many children, and participating in many mission trips working with kids . I have completed some childcare training classes. I now work a full time job in real estate, so I am only available for one-time or recurring jobs on evenings and weekends. Cailey became family in a matter of weeks. She cared for our 1 year old daughter for 6 months and did EVERYTHING we asked plus way more. She was creative and came up with new activities every day. She made sure our daughter ate appropriately and had plenty of outside time. I never worried or had to micro manage with Cailey. I knew she was doing exactly what I would do. She worked for our family full time and fully honored her commitment to us daily. I would happily recommend you hire her. We loved her and you will too.
