About Cailey

Hi, my name is Cailey and I'm 23 years old. I am from Salem MA. Working with kids has always been a passion of mine. In high school I took early childhood development classes all four years and was able to work in a daycare my senior year leading me to graduate with an EEC certification. I have babysat for 3 families over the last 5 years. Their ages ranging from 18 months to 11 years old. I am a patient caregiver and prefer trying to find ways to navigate big emotions with patience and understanding and have learned a lot from these families alone. I love being able to be active and outside. I am the oldest of 4. I danced from a young age and I occasionally teach classes at my old dance studio. Throughout high school I also played volleyball which lead me to the opportunity to be the head coach of the JV team which I do each and every Fall. I love to travel and explore the world whenever I can and I'm also a big lover of animals and have many myself.
