Cailee is soft spoke , calm and loving which makes her personality perfect for working with an elderly client or one with dementia. Cailee is self directing and a dependable hard worker. She is flexible and always willing to pick up extra shifts ! It is amazing to have her on the team that cares for our elderly client. We are very grateful for her professionalism on our team!
