Cailee started with us last October (2021) and has babysat my then 6 month old ever since. I truly cannot say enough about Cailee's attention to my daughter, her communication with me, her ability to be flexible and her work ethic. I am a working professional, with significant responsibilities inside and outside of my home, I juggle a lot of hats and Cailee has always been able to roll with the punches with me. She has become more than just a sitter I found on care.com. She is family. My daughter loves her, learns from her and always has a good time being with "Keke" :-) Cailee has taken on any instruction I've given her and respects my wishes as a parent. She takes care of my daughter like she was her own and I couldn't be more thankful to have found her for my family. We have relocated out of state and will miss her deeply!
