About Caila

My name is Caila, and I am 20 years old with over seven years of hands-on childcare experience. My journey in childcare began in the eighth grade when I started babysitting for a family with two young children-a 5-year-old girl and her 2-year-old brother. During this time, I was responsible for a wide range of daily caregiving tasks including preparing and serving meals, changing diapers, engaging the children in age-appropriate games and activities, and establishing a consistent nap routine. I worked to create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that supported their emotional and developmental needs. This early experience sparked my passion for working with children and has helped shape my strong sense of responsibility, patience, and care in all childcare settings.
