About Caida

Hi! I'm Caida -- a caregiver passionate about supporting children's growth through creativity, movement, and positive connection. I have an educational background in Social Work and Psychology, giving me a developmentally informed and compassionate approach to care. I currently work with youth in several high schools, including pregnant and parenting teens, which has strengthened my skills in guidance, patience, and meeting kids where they are. I love using arts, sports, and hands-on activities to help children build confidence, express themselves, and have fun while learning. Families describe me as reliable, nurturing, and engaging.
