About Caesar

I hold a degree in Early Childhood Education with a focus on special needs, graduating with honors. I have over 10 years of experience working with youth, including the last 5 years dedicated to individuals with autism and developmental differences. Supporting children with moderate to severe needs, including challenging behaviors, is my passion. I've worked in home, school, and community settings, often with clients needing a 2:1 care ratio. I specialize in behavior management, emotional regulation, and daily living skills, working closely with families to ensure progress. I also have experience in juvenile correctional environments, managing difficult behaviors with calmness and respect. I am physically capable of supporting high-needs situations safely. Additionally, I provide life coaching, fitness mentoring, and routines to promote independence.
